Hi everyone… So the short version is we have some mallard duck eggs that are hatching as we speak...four days early… I had not put them on lockdown yet, humidity was low around 35%, and egg turner is still in the Styrofoam incubator. One just completely hatched, three more are pipped, and one I think is dead because it completely broke through shell before I was able to get the humidity up. Should I just leave the egg turner in? I turned it off...but the new duckling having more trouble than he should getting completely out because the shell it setting in turner.
Thanks!!!
