Duck eggs missing. No evidence. Enclosed run?!

So I just went out to the coop today and found a baby duck had hatched (surprise! That is a completely separate issue). Broody muscovy mama used to have many more eggs under her than she does currently. I am really stumped as to what happened to her eggs? My run is enclosed. I'm aware of coyotes and raccoons in the area however if they had broken into my run the chickens and ducks would be dead. Anyone have any bright ideas for me??

@Magnolia Ducks had an egg-snake (?) a while ago, waiting under one of her ducks for breakfast to be delivered.

My first thought was snake too but a snake won’t eat more than a couple, maybe 4 at a time. Unless we are talking about a huge snake.

Yes but it will eat one every day. The one that ate the ceramic eggs ate two in one night. The most I know about except for strangling my duckling
