Hi 1st time incubating duck eggs. They are on day 30 still no pipping. I finally candled 2 last night and there is still movement in egg. I put a digital thermometer on bottom and realized the temp has been low where the eggs are. Will they still hatch? They've been on lockdown for 4 days now.

Have they internally pipped yet, or are they still shadowing, What breed is this, did you start counting 24 hours after you set, what's your humidity and temp at? If your temp has been low throughout incubation expect some delays.

Their humidity is at 67 sometimes lower. I have to wet a paper towel to keep it up. Are they ok since they've been on lockdown not being turned? Thank you.

Can you answer the rest of the questions?
I'm not sure what to look for, for a internal pip. They are a backyard mixture. I bought a dozen eggs off a lady who had runners, mallards, muscovy, she had several different kinds in her flock.

I would say the resemble day 24 the most. I can still see veins but its

8 out of 11 eggs have hatched this weekend. Just want to let those who are unsure know dont give up. They hatched on day 32 and 33 I'm assuming because the humidity and temp were low apparently their entire incubation. They are healthy and adorable!
