Duck eggs shadowing on day 23. Help help

I candled tonight and noticed half of my duck eggs air cell have drawn down significantly
And I can see shadowing and and beak trying to push through the membrane

I was going to stop turning them today anyway because I saw an egg wiggling last night
Now after seeing the shadowing I added some water in the smaller water slot in my old hovabator, did I add water too early ?
My original plan was to put them in lockdown position tonight but don't add water until I see an internal pip but this is my first time seeing the shadowing I sort of jump the gun a little
The incubator is super full I have 32 eggs in there including 16 duck eggs

I'd think u need more time on the egg

All went well. I think all the eggs that went into lockdown ish hatched
It's a month ago now. The ducklings are outside in the duck coop

I'm really holding off doing another one tho lol ducks are cute but messy
