I was wondering, do you all prefer duck, or chicken eggs? I've heard duck eggs are 'creamier'. Has anyone ever baked with duck eggs?

My duck eggs tasted pretty good. I love my chicken eggs too.
I find that the duck eggs have more yolk and less white. The white is a bit thicker. I cook my eggs over medium and they are very tastey.
There is a little difference in taste, but not sure its enough to say one is better than the other (in my opinion).
I think it also depends on what your ducks are eating. Mine eat the same feed as the chickens. They get different stuff while foraging though.
If your ducks live on a pond, I hear that the eggs can taste fishy.
As far as baking, I have heard they make better baked goods. I haven't gotten many eggs from my ducks yet - so haven't tried them in baked goods.

Duck eggs are wonderful for baking. I have goose, and I use her eggs for baking as well. They are much thicker in every way, than chicken eggs. I've never cooked one and ate it, but as for baking, they are great.
