Duck Eggs

Not sure about the egg color, the blood inside is usually from ruptured blood vessels in the oviduct. I see it more in flighty birds. If it's in every egg the hen lays it just may be what she does each time. There may be a defect in the wall of the oviduct.
 
The other possibility of blood in eggs is if they are being kept warm by a duck sitting on them or temperatures in the 90's.

As far as egg color that is genetic. There is not a standard about what each breed of duck should lay, so any breed could have blue, green, or white layers.
Cayuga have unique black eggs, so most breeders try to maintain that.
