Duck embryo movement normal on Day 10?

Hello! We are longtime chicken owners but brand new to hatching eggs and still learning so much. We are incubating ten duck eggs gifted to us by my child’s classmate. It is Day 10 today.

I candled them this evening to make sure they’re all progressing nicely. All have veins and a warm red glow, but this one has actual movement in it! I was so startled! None of the other eggs have movement. Does this mean this one could hatch much sooner? Is embryo movement normal on Day 10?

Looks good. Sometimes you just catch them moving.
