Duck emergency!! beak is hanging off

on of my runners came in last night with his top bill missing about half way and his bottom bill hanging off Please help me!!! I'm sick with worry

I'm presuming that the bleeding has stopped and he's inside and warm...

Aspirin as long as there's no bleeding...

re the bottom beak...could you describe better or post a pic? If the bottom beak is severe then a vet would be your only option ....

top bill is gone about an 1.5 " from nostril at an angle. Bottom bill is cut about 1/2 to1" up and is flapping there is no bleeding.If I can get pics. I'll post them.

You need a vet. Did you take the duck to one today?
How is he doing?

Do you know what got the duck? You may need to set a trap or two.

no vet within 100 miles would see him "he's just a duck" well they are only a**'s

.What ever it is is to big to get in through the chickie door . it's locked tight now my poor early risers. I"ve found a total of 3 hens and another duck all just feet. The run has an 8ft fence and is covered. Any ideas what it could be? Thank you all for your help

Just feet could be an aerial predator.

Could that cause the beak problem? the run is covered with deer netting. What kind of predator could do such dammage. I've only seen cooper hawks
