Duck eye infection please help

I have a Peking duck with an eye infection. It started 3 weeks ago like this

I be had my other ducks get it before, so I thought it would be an easy fix. I treated with teramyacin/veteracin every day. It was staying the same up until today when I found her like this ( I put her in the tub to wash her)

I now have a makeshift eye patch for her since she keeps picking at it

Does anyone have any suggestions

I also got stye mediation for her as a recommendation from a friend that also has ducks
