Duck Eye Worm??

I was thinking possibly a tick embedded? that is why I rec VetRX maybe dabbed on to it. Just a suggestion if it is something like this then maybe sterile tweezers to pull it out?

This was my initial thought as well. The skin around the eye is much thinner then other areas on the body which would make breaking through much easier.

It looked like a tiny tick, but is now gone. Hard to tell without seeing it live. Or could it have been picked at and a tiny scab? Either way, it looks gone now.

The duck now has three worms. We had treated it and it was gone and now 3. So frustrating. So not a tick. Will treat again. Ugh

I live in MI. It makes no sense to be honest. Accept we got this duck from another farm.

Yes we used the RX and are treating again.
