I was going to ask if they have little spiked hiking boots to get up that ramp!

Ducks are just clumsy. I have a couple that would rather climb out of their pool and slam on their stomachs than to use the steps. It's like the only look forward or to the side, never look down.

There will be a log in the yard and my ducks will walk right over it and trip rather then simply walking around it.

I used the buckets up the side to help guide them and that seemed to work... nowi am weaning them off the buckets lol. Ruby does fine in and out but Max struggles lol he has to be coaxed in and out or he will just yell until he can get to where Ruby is .. they are so funny!
