so i have 2 maybe 3 boys and 2 girls. our chickens are all hens and all eat layer pellets. is that okay for our ducks to eat when there older and when can the start eating that? if not what food do they need and do the hens have to eat something different then the drakes?

NO, layer feed has too much calcium for males, and too little niacin for ducks. Best to feed an All Flock Feed or Purina Rasier Feed.

ok thank you but we have laying hens and will they stop laying if we feed them this and is it ok for them

Completely fine for them, you will, however, need to provide oyster shells on the side for a calcium source.
