Duck food?

No offense to Metzers, but the mark up and cost to ship feed from them to someone isn't worth it. Visit your local feed store after reading and educating on protein levels for what you are raising. If you want to spend money on ordering in feed then buy Mazuri waterfowl feed online directly.

Otherwise you can use chick feed (it is SAFE for ducklings), game bird starter, but cut the protein to avoid angel wing andor leg issues from to rapid of growth. You can find all flock or multi flock feeds too and both are also fine. Purina and Nutrena both make a version of the all flock feed.

Thanks for all the help! i will use your ideas and hopefully i find some

You can also go to Purinas site and put in your zipcode and it will tell you where you can buy their products (Flockraiser). You don't have to have duck or even gamebird starter. Unmedicated chick starter is fine. I would just be careful ordering online. Shipping can't be cheap for 50 lbs of feed. Also go to Tractor Supply company's site and see if there is one near you.
I am out in the country now and none of the feed stores closest to me even carry unmedicated starter. The old timers here just told me I could feed cracked corn to my ducks and geese and did not want to hear it when I told them that it wasn't a comlete feed. LOL
So, I went to TSC which is about 30 minutes away (highway) which is fine. Good luck with your duckies.
