My Welsh Harlequin duck who is recovering from two fractured legs (the first happened several months ago, the second happened a few weeks ago) is going through her second molt this summer. Before the second injury, she went through a normal end-of-summer molt. Now she's doing it all over again. Has anybody had their ducks molt twice in one summer? Could it be from the stress of her injury, or are there other things that can cause this?
