Duck has lost use of one leg. Please help

Wells everyone daisy is not doing well at all. She can now barely get up while trying to use her bill to stand she is struggling really bad to even get up off the ground. Her legs looks like it is in fact broken to me. I am considering trying to make a cast/splint for her leg and try to make a little boot to try and straighten her foot out because it is curled up really bad. Any suggestions on that idea? What materials to use or any of that? We are doing everything we can to try and help her and we feel horrible for her. I'm lost and frustrated and feels like I'm fighting a losing battle. Thanks everyone for helping again and please any advice will be much appreciated

Have you felt along her entire leg to find an actual break? If you can pinpoint it, please post pics... post pics anyways, might be able to see more of what is going on...

@casportpony has good info about leg breaks and anatomy...

Thanks mama we don't have a problem with them coming inside. We will do whatever we can to help our animals. We have 5 ducks, 6 chickens, 2 goats, 2 rabbits and 2 dogs and they are all part of our family

I'm not sure. Haven't been able to get a close enough look at it. It is a possibility. I am a little hesitant about messing with it because she gets irritable and tries to bite.
