the duck hatched early and when it did it had a little yellow sack connected to a cord to it but and as it came out the shell it ripped it off. and no i havent touched it or try and help it but it seems fine i just want to make sure bro.

I don't have any experience with ducklings, but I have had a few chicks who hatch on day 19 (instead of day 21), and they also still had the yellow yoke sack attached to their bellies, which became detached soon after they tumbled out of the egg. They were normal, healthy little chicks and after a couple days their navels healed up just
fine.

And :welcome

ight thank you cause i diddnt understand why my duck diddnt absorb all the yoke sack cause i had the temp and humididty just right and i never open my incubator until very last day or after they hatch i wait 7 hours

Yeah, I am pretty sure that the reason it didn't absorb the yoke was because the yoke is made to last up until the ducklings hatch, and since yours hatched early it hadn't had the time to absorb it completely.

THat sound like the yolk sack.. This could mean life or death for your duck and if it didnt absorb the yolk in all the way its most likely the duck wont survive sorry to say.

I said in my post earlier that I had had 2-3 chicks who hatch a couple days early, with the yolk sack still intact and a good bit of it left. Those chicks were completely fine, and I never had a problem with them.

Yes i did read the post. And all of those chicks are very luck to be alive. Most chicks need the yolk sack fully absorbed before they're hatched, If the are ripped off this is taking away a very big amount of nutrition for the bird. In most cases the bird will ether bleed out or later die from slack of strength to move around. Eat/drink on its own, or even defend it's self from its stronger siblings.
