Duck hatching

Hi there, I’m new to hatching runner ducks. My one pipped three yesterday morning so it’s been over 24 hours. I can see other spots it has pipped as well. I’m not seeing a huge crack in the eggs. What should I do

Leave it be. Duck eggs take up to 48 hours to hatch. Double what chicks take.
