Hello!
I have a duck named Lady Bug who I believe is experiencing nutrient deficient seizures. I have no vets that can see her until at least next week and I feel this is an emergency. The seizures last about 30 seconds to a minute, she flaps her wings like crazy and throws her neck all the way back, then she flops over until she stops twitching and then gets up dazed. She hatched here about two months ago along with about 10-15 others who have been completely fine, she also got angel wing about a month ago which I corrected but again, the only one that got it so I assume she has some nutrient issues. When I first noticed two days ago she had about 12 seizures that day about every two hours, I started treatment and yesterday she had about 8 even after bringing her inside with a friend, and now we’re down to 6 today although it’s only 8pm so she could have another. I am doing Nutridrench every couple hours along with electrolytes/brewer yeast in water because she is not eating at all, but is drinking occasionally. I have mashed some food up with water into balls and have put it in the side of her mouth just to get some nutrients in her. She went 11 hours total last night without one which is good because it was every hour or two at first.
What else can I do? Since she is seizing less is this a sign this is helping or could it be metal poisoning? Day one I was giving her charcoal flush as well in case but stopped because I was scared of the dehydration factor.
I had this issue with two of my ducks last year who came from the same batch of ducks, and I corrected them with nutrients so I thought she might be one of their offspring. I just don’t remember it taking this long for her to improve although I did not hand raise her as
i did the others so she isn’t as comfortable with me. Any experience with this or advice please?

Have you tried a niacin (b3) drench?
I have not alone, but the Nutridrench and electrolytes contain B3. I was trying to do at least two different supplements to cover my bases since I'm not sure what she is deficient in. I started to suspect it is thiamine deficiency because of how she throws her head back during these episodes and exhibits “stargazing” like behavior

Niacin deficiency is very common in ducks and she'll pretty much act tye same with any deficiency.
It may nor contain enough.

I’m doing brewers yeast as well for extra niacin. My main problem is that she won’t eat at all so I am having troubles getting her the right amount of nutrients
