duck house and training. please help!

ok so i am having trouble with my ducks and them going in at night. well not all nights. i went out to put them to bed and saws that they were already in for the night. wa hooo! well that was until they started going in the pond all day. well its not a bad thing i mean i like that they are finally spending all day in the pond. but still does it need to be all night to? so now they wont even go to the coop even at 9. so what do i do? ive been trying to train them for about a week now. if you have any answers please let me know.

Keep them hungry during the day and use feed to entice them to the pen in the evening.
