Duck housing issues

Hello again! So, my ducks are the bullies of the coop...lol. Our silkie rooster is having his feathers plucked on the back of his neck by the ducks, and they commandeered the heat lamp from the pullets we just put in there. I'm thinking that gating off a section of the coop just for the ducks would be a good bet? I could build a duck house but our coop is quite large and we aren't going to be getting anymore chickens for awhile(we have 2 silkies, and 6 black sex link)

Also, I have 2 females and 2 males. One male has the typical green head(harlequins), the other male just has a darker head but not as striking. Is that because one is dominant, or is it a maturity thing? I'm going to sell one of the males, probably the one with less colour on his head. If I sell him for meat, what's the going rate? I'm in Canada. Would just selling him live for $20 be alright? We dont have a poultry butcher here and can not legally kill and sell the meat ourselves like that. Any help would be great!

Thanks for the input, I wasn't sure! But you'd be surprised, recently a some locals drove 4 hours and had their chickens butchered, bright them back and sold them for like $56 a chicken, my husband knows someone who bought 2...lol. probably dependent on the region I suppose.
