duck hunched, raspy voice, and wet feather?

I bought liquid b complex today. I mixed it with a little water and threw in meal worms to help encourage the duck to eat it. do you think that is good enough? do you suggest another method? I find it hard to give it through the mouth.
If you give the liquid B complex over mealworms make sure there is just enough water that he/she gets the whole dose. It's very important they get the whole dose.

sorry for the delay in responding. I saw that other give their ducks scrabbled eggs. could I do that and add the liquid B-complex to that? thanks for your advice!

@tonilynw Here is the long video. You should be able to see better what is happening.

aww. so sorry. does this happen often? my duck has a dirty belly/chest, and I was wondering if your ducks had it too. I guess its from the duck laying down so much. I feel like my duck has gotten weaker but, still willing to try to walk around with my other duck. I let the duck swim around to move its legs.
sorry for the delay.

Probably too young to be having any laying issues. If Female.

Did you say you got the liquid B complex? are giving it to him everyday? If your duck likes scrambled egg then by all means. whatever it takes to get the B complex into him. My duckling loved scrambled egg when they were young, they won't eat it now. Meal worms or peas are a good way of getting the b complex into them.

would you know if there's another way to tell if the sex of the duck? my other duck is constantly quacking away and I do not see a curl on her tail, so believe she's a female. but with the sick duck, I am unsure.
I did get liquid b complex. I believe today is the third day. ill try the scrambled eggs trick. my duck does not drink all the water when I feed the peas and meal worms with it. I feel like it also gets a little messy and splashes everywhere and it gets wasted/ doesnt get the full dosage (not that I care it makes a mess haha). im hoping the little guy gets better. eventually I will be making a vet appointment... just hard, since I work a lot of hours in the summer and the vet that would be able to see the duck is an hour away from me.

How long has he been like this? I don't have Pekins but my Runner drakes sounded like a hoarse frog around 12 weeks of age. If you can get a really good video of him making sounds maybe we can tell you. But seems to me by now especially with the other duck quacking this one would be quacking as well. And you mention raspy well that is what a drake sounds like raspy.
I'd try my best to get the b complex into him asap. see if he'll take the mealworms or peas without water just the b complex over.

how is this video? it sounds like the ducks voice is improving somewhat
he's been like this for about a month, slightly getting better than a little worse, then slightly better. the ducks about 3 months old now maybe. when the duck was still yellow but tall, he started to end up on his back, I would have to sit the duck up right, the duck would try to stand, but fall, and would usually end up laying on its back. I started to feed the duck probiotic and vitamins in their water and the duck was able to stand again and stop laying on the back.
here's a picture of when the duck was on the back. had to adjust picture color since it was too dark.

edit:
just wanted to add, when I first noticed the duck doing this, we had him in a container at night, and I started to hear something hitting the container, and it was the duck trying to get back up right. it last for a week, and then he was walking again. not long after, the duck started to get weak.

Poor little one, It does sound like classic Niacin deficiency, but of course, it could always be something else. Just know that it's not an uncommon ailment in Pekins and other large breed ducks. But Pekins being meat birds besides being beloved pets were bred to grow fast so they are ready for slaughter at 12weeks of less, so their poor legs have a hard time keeping up with the growth.
I'd keep up with the B complex and hopefully, you'll really start seeing improvement. We have to remember being like this for a month makes it harder for the body to bounce right back but it can. Just give him time.
