YAY!!!
The duck hut is DONE, just needs a nice layer of paint. It took us a while due to crappy WNY weather, but it's finally done. The ducks will be moving in this week for sure!
Love my ducks to death, but 6 Pekins are not good house guests. LoL! Anyone got pictures of their duck huts, maybe I can add some details onto mine to make it more homey.
Made from left over wood and tin roofing in our barn. The floor is made from scrape tub siding, the window is an old thick picture frame that I caulked around, and the whole roof lefts up for easy cleaning! We're gonna add a small drain in the middle of the floor for drainage while cleaning and we're also gonna built a small ramp for them. My hubby did a great job didn't he!
