Duck keeps biting

My 15 month duck pecks at my shoes and just holds on with its beak. If I'm not wearing socks, it hurts really bad as it pinches my feet. It does this EVERY TIME I am around it. He's a crested duck

Well he chases me as I'm running from him

That's most likely the issue then. He sounds like a Drake trying to show his dominance.

I used to have a drake that would chase me and bite. This crested duck only bites my feet
