Duck mating hens

I have a male rouen duck, as well as 1 certain female duck. (broody) and another duck i am pretty certain is a female. The other day i say my drake tryihg to mate my hens. The ducks and chickens freee range together. Also, I am selling hatching eggs so i don’t want to sell a duck chicken cross! What do i do? I don’t want him to be eaten.

DO NOT let your drake mate with chicken hens. Drakes have a penis, roosters do not and that can severely hurt a hen. You won't get anything viable from a cross besides an injured hen. Seperate him if you don't eat him

Separate the ducks from the hens. As stated above hens can be injured if bred by a drake.

I have a trio of ducks, 2 females, 1 male. I caught my drake trying to mate 2 of my hens (just pulling at the neck not sure if he ever mounted) I know that the duck can hurt the hen, so how do i stop him from doing that? I would like to keep them free ranging together.

The only way to stop him is to separate the ducks from the chickens. Alternate the days they free range.

The drake can damage chicken hens internally, so it's best to separate.
