Our duck has been attacked by two dogs. His neck has been shredded but his esophagus and lungs have not been penetrated. We cant go to a vet right now. So we're wondering what can be used for them medical wise.

I would definitely say get Vetricyn, and apply it ASAP. It can be kind of spendy but still cheaper than a vet visit. I got mine from tractor supply and it lasted me through several very bad injuries. It is important to follow the instructions though (flush the wound twice a day).
You should do this soon as go avoid a fatal infection, which is a real threat since it was mauled.
Good luck with the injuries!! The sooner you get started on it the sooner they’ll heal! :)

Pics!! One of my dogs got one of my ducks a couple weeks ago but all she did was rip out feathers to expose big naked spots on his back. They were large red and inflamed but no open wounds. I put him in a warm bath every night to wash it off, and slathered bag balm and poultry wound spray on them from TSC every night for a week and everything’s looking good, no longer inflammed and feathers starting to come back in. He was depresssed (I called it duck PTSD) for about 4-5 days after the attack.

I can't see clearly, but it looks like that might just be a lot of missing feathers. I'm not seeing anything that looks like a major injury.
Get some warm water and use it to wash those caked feathers clean, so it's easy to see better. Are there any actual puncture wounds?
