Duck membrane too thick broke open the egg but not membrane

Need help dont know what to do.... possible emergency idk. Day 2 since he chipped the egg now doesnt have a whole section of shell but the membrane is fully intact micro veins not many decent looking ones.... scared.

Check your humidity. The membrane is drying out while piping because the humidity is too low. When you go into "lockdown" the last couple of days, the humidity needs to boost to 65%-75% (for my incubator) Typically ours runs at 50% until the end. If the chick is still alive, try tearing the membrane to see if it will encourage it to keep going. Otherwise it will suffocate. I lost an entire batch due to my humidity being too low at the end.
