Duck only sitting on eggs at night. But they are alive inside!

Please help me as I’m stressed out my mind. My duck Heather was sitting on 12 eggs, constantly for two weeks. But for the past 4-5 days, she’s been leaving the nest all day long and the eggs would be stone cold all day. I checked to see if anything was going on in the eggs, as I thought I could incubate them if it wasn’t too late. . 11 out of 13 were alive and moving around in the eggs! One was a dud. So I put them all back. She since added a few eggs to the clutch and is still acting broody. Then she kicked the new eggs and one of the original eggs, out the nest last night. But she’s off the nest again today! There about 4-6 days left till hatch day. I can’t be sure as I don’t know what she started sitting on them for definite. Will they actually hatch??? I can’t fit all 11 in my little incubator. I don’t know what to do......

What is the ambient temperature there?
If she is still adding eggs, she can't be broody yet.

It’s only about 10-18 degrees here in Scotland at most. The majority of her eggs have grown ducklings in them. As I candled them to check.
