The kids in high school carried their hunting guns to school in the back windows of their pick ups.

Have you ever done a budget? You should run the numbers.

I have tried a couple times. I mostly just try to squeeze dollars and turn lights off.

This house isn’t paid off. I could not make the payment and utilities. I would sell.

This just isn't fair to any of us. It shouldn't be this hard to live.

I did invite Roberts worker, Kevin to come live here when I am gone. I did this way before Tom passed. I think Robert would benefit from a roommate to help with bills and other things like shopping. Sadly he turned me down. He is a good person and even though he said no I don't believe he would ever not be here for him

Aww have you and Robert had talks about life for him after you are gone if you go before him?

yes, I have tried. I think he just waits for me to tell him what to do. Its going to be hard on him

Aww I understand. That's how I feel it is going to be on my brother who lives with my parents. He isn't special needs or anything, but they have always just taken care of him, and it will be very hard on him when they are gone. My hubby and oldest brother are not going to take care of him, and he will have to grow up then. It sounds harsh, but like I said he doesn't have a reason to not be on his own.

I think the same is going to be true for my GC. Sometimes I think DH and I should sell this house and land and tell her, You're on your own. Good luck, have a nice life. No more nest, time to learn to fly. I mean, we won't always be here and there's no way she can afford this house, the utilities, the insurance, the taxes, etc.

Oh yeah I know my brother won't be able to pay the taxes or the utilities. He hasn't ever really been able to hold down a job.
