Can you put antibiotic ointment on a duck? It looks like my duck either has been pulling feathers and has infected quill areas or got injured, but I found a couple scabs and not quite sure what I am looking at underneath. I think it's her muscle tissue and she is missing lots of feathers and keeps picking there. So I want to know if I can put antibiotic ointment on her and somehow wrap her for a couple days to see if it heals?

Yes, you can use plain neosporin/triple antibiotic ointment on injuries or use Vetericyn.

Okay so I am posting a pic. This is a wound on my duck. I had the other one with same wound. These two females seem to be the favorites of the drakes. We separated the one female because of other issues and she is healed. I read it could be stress picking. This picture has a partial scab but usually it's bleeding and you can see to the bone.

Could be from the drakes nails as well. You can try trimming and filing those down.
I would keep her separated until that heals. If you are seeing bone that is not too good. Keep it flushed with saline and apply triple antibiotic ointment. Watch for signs of infection. It would be a good idea to place her where flies can't get to the wound as well since they often lay eggs in wounds.
