Duck picking on other ducks

Hello!

It’s my first time with ducks and I have a problem with one of my duckies.

I have 3 female ducks that are 1 month old and they’ve always gotten along until a couple days ago when one of them started picking on the other 2 and she now does it every couple of minutes. The other 2 have now blood on the tip of their wings and are missing some feathers. They have plenty of space to run around in the grass and they have 2 big pools to swim in so I don’t really understand this behavior...? She can get pretty agressive sometimes when she holds on to their wings with her beak.

What can I do to stop her from hurting her sisters? I’ve already tried homemade « stop pick » and it doesn’t work.

I know from a breeder they sometimes do this when they are desperate for some protein.
Boredom or an existing wound can cause this behavior too..

At the very least I'd separate them (but so they can see each other) until you get it figured out.
