duck piped early...

Its day 23, and one of the duck has internally pipped.. should I go into kicking early? Or should I keep hand turning the other eggs that hasn't pipped?
There is another one that looks like it is attempting to pip internally..

If it looks like more then one is internally pipping then I would stop turning all of them.
