Spent about 8 or more hours digging a huge hole for my 9 ducks new pond! It's 2.5 or a little more feet deep, 6ft or so square with a step outside of the square. Found a 1in gash I need to patch in the old pool liner, but I'll do that tomorrow and then I can fill it in all the way!!
There may be a tiny hole or two on the bottom, but it shouldn't be a real issue. Will get pics up of it tomorrow. I'm so excited! The liner came with a pump, so I'll be using that to help try and keep the water clean in between water changes, since ducks are pigs! And once the water is filthy, they hate using it until I clean it all out, lol. The liner is a 10ft round air ring pool, going to fill the ring, find partly with air. Since the dirt is up high around that part, making it 3.5ft to 4ft deep!
