Hi, sorry I don't start all my emails with the heading Duck Poop but I'm very new to keeping ducks and just need a bit of advice. We have 3 girl runners and they are all well and healthy which is the way I want to keep them. Today, one of them did their usual rocket firing poop but it came out like a white string and has gone back inside her again. I have ordered some worming liquid to put in their water which hasn't arrived as yet. Could it be a worm? It wasn't moving that I could see. Unfortunately, I can't get too close to her as she's very skittish and I don't want to scare her or pick her up if I don't have to. Any advise for a new duck Mum would be great :)

:welcome

Is there a chance she may have pulled a string out of a towel or teddy bear and ate it? You'll want to pay close attention to her poop. What kind of wormer did you order?
