I’ve had 2 ducks in the last 3 month both identical in death, beaks ripped off face intact(eyes still visible after) no ruffled feathers and nothing else on the bodies disturbed. These ducks have had free range of a fenced in yard, my question is does anyone have any idea what could be doing this?

:welcome :frow My advice would be to get a camera and see what is lurking. Most likely whatever it is will be back. Good luck...

There's actually no wild predator strong enough to rip a Ducks beak off that wouldn't eat the duck. The fact that the duck was bit in the face means it trusted the attacker (at least initially) It wasn't running from its attacker when it got attacked.
