I want to get one male and one female welsh harlequin ducklings, and I also want to get one male and one female Indian runner ducklings. When they get older will the males ever attack each other?

They should be ok if raised together. Anytime you have a flock there will be sqawbles tho.

Ok and would one male attack the other males nest?

If you've got 2 breeds, both drakes will be breeding each of the hens. They do not separate themselves by breed. So your eggs will be mixed and both males will have eggs in each nest.

Drakes have zero interest in eggs, or raising young. They could care less about any eggs in any nest.
