I'm sorry I've never heard of duck shoes. Maybe you are looking for something to help with splayed legs or curled toes. Such things are usually made with bandages and or/ cardboard and help a bird straighten out feet if started early enough.

Could you explain what you want them for? Maybe we can refer you for more information.
