Duck species ID?

Hi everyone, does anybody know what kind of duck this is? She is not 100% feathered yet, still young. Found in south Alabama for reference! I was thinking a cinnamon teal, but not sure. Thanks!

I was going to say my rouen did not look like that. She sure is a pretty little duck though.

Its upright carriage suggests runner duck ancestry. What makes you so certain that it isn't a feral domestic duck? It could also be a hybrid.

I would say either a Khaki Campbell or a Golden 300 female, she doesn't look like she has any runner in her to me, I think that may be her "alert pose"

Those breeds have runner duck ancestry.

That looks like wild coloration. It looks like it a lot! If you cant see it your blind.

that looks natural wild colouring, mallard - rouen,

khaki kambel is pure brown, less visible patterns on feathers. i would say, i had one only but it was pure brown, the black marks in each feather was missing at khaki
