Duck Stop Rooster From Mating With Hen.

I went outside around 1pm today. I saw 1 of my hens laying down and my rooster got on her back to mate with her and starting biting her comb and bit down on the back of her neck and she let a very loud holler. My wife duck came over and push him off. Then she got in his face.
Should I move duck so he can do what come naturally or should I remove the rooster for being ruff on hen. He turn 17 weeks yesterday.

I have a goose doing this. I have to admit. The roo is being much easier on the gals now. He tries to make sure the goose doesn't see or hear anything.
