I know nothing about the care of either, but Mandarins are my favorite breed simply for their beauty.

I love Mandarins too! But I do love Woodies better I think.

I also like Bufflehead ducks. But I'm pretty certain you can't have one.

You can have Buffleheads if you get a permit. They are awesome looking birds! And super tiny.

Me too! I like the thought of tiny quail, but they are not that pretty. Ducks are very pretty but loud and messy! I can't choose!

My ducks aren't as loud as my quail!

So pretty. A lot of “wild” ducks are still domestic though
