Duck walking on tip toes???

How old is your duck? what breed? do you know if she may have been injured?

She"s about 1 year old. She may have been injured but can still fjy and run when she wants. She favours swimming in the pond to foraging with the other ducks. They free range all day. She's a Rouen.

If you think she has been injured your best bet would be to confine her for a while with limited room to do much but walk to feed and water. rest vitamins and water therapy are best for recouping. Vitamins B Complex 1 ml over a tasty treat daily.Water takes pressure off an injury which maybe why she prefers the pond to foraging.
