Duck water

My ducklings are making a mess with the water. They will be inside for two more weeks. Any suggestions to keep them from getting water everywhere

How old are they? I use a plastic paint roller liner for mine! Works great! They play in it and all the water stays in the liner. No mess!

They are 6 weeks. I have them in the coop with the chicks so I am reluctant to give them open water. Right now I have a 1gallon water that I set in a large pan with river rock to catch the splash but they manage to get water outside the pan.

Thier run is not done yet and it is not safe for them to free range at the ranch
