Duck wheezing

I picked up a pair of easter ducks from the feed store about a month ago and now I noticed one of them is wheezing and is congested. Im gonna put him in the bathtub in a little bit with some mildly warm water and hope he cleans out his nose....but if he doesnt what do I do? He doesnt seem to be in any distress....so IDK if I should be worried. Any help would be great. And before anyone asks the other duck is fine.

Sounds maybe like a respiratory infection? Hopefully someone else more knowledgeable can chime in.

Gave him a nice bath today and he seems a lil better but idk. No vet around here that works on ducks....so might have to go to the feed store and get some antib iotics
