Duck wings

Can someone tell me if it is normal to have odd tips on duck wings while growing?

There is a condition called 'angel wing' that can appear in growing ducks, but those pictures appear to be normal to my old eyes.

I just assumed it was the switching of down to feathers but I wanted to make sure

All that I am seeing is developing pin or blood feathers. Which in effect is the switching from down to 'real' feathers.

Ok. Thank you. When they stand and stretch and flap all feathers seem to be angled the correct direction

Looks normal. It's their new flight feathers coming in! In about a week they will lose the sheath and be beautiful new adult feathers instead of their little duckling fluff.
