Duck with broken leg and tail feathers missing

I’m hoping someone can tell me if there’s any hope for this duck. She’s able to limp to food and water but her leg is just shredded and her tail is missing- something must have gotten in the coop. Do vets do casts? Is this fixable?

Can you post a pic? This sounds like she definitely needs to see a vet.
