I have a mallard drake that recently sprained his leg so his been staying in his coop to heal. But I went outside to find blood on his hay and his bill bleeding. His coop has chain-link on the outside and chicken wire on behind it(it's for chicks but he needed a coop) so I think he may have gotten it caught on the chicken wire and scraped it. It doesn't look that very serious and he's acting normal but I'm still worried about it. It's that red spot on his bill. Please tell me what I should do about it.
.

Make sure the area is clean. A similar thing happened to my black Swedish last winter; I came out one day and her bill was all scraped up. Nothing too deep, but I wanted to be careful. I brought her inside for a warm bath, cleaned the area, and then I put neosporin on it (I've read that it's fine to use on ducks). She was fine the next day. How deep do you think the cut is?

It's a pretty shallow cut, not even a cm. It looks really painful but he doesn't seem to care. I already put some neosporin on it and I keep cleaning it.

Good job! One of my ducks really tore up her bill. I was surprised how fast it healed! I cleaned it with a mild saline solution and put Neo on it 3 times a day. Do not use the Neo that has the pain relief ingredient in it. That ingredient can be harmful for ducks. It only took about 5 days to be almost completely healed.

It doesn't have pain relief in it, I just checked. Thank you for tell me that I wouldn't have known! How is it going to look after it heals? Will he have a spot on his now or will it not be noticeable?

Happy to help. It might be slightly noticeable, if at all. There could be just a bit of discoloration on that spot once it heals. It won't bother him in the least.
