Duck with Dislocated "Knee."

I'm not sure how he did this, but his leg is swinging out the wrong way and he's moving around (as much as he can) on one foot and his knee.

Any advice?

Honestly you can try o splint it ... Have you been giving niacin or brewers yeast???
