duck with frostbite

luckily i dont think the frostbite was that bad but now we want to try to protect their feet while they heal

JUST try not to let them drink the ES water, epsom salt is a laxative and ducks poop enough as it is lol

Ok thank you also what about the black at joint? Should I wait till all clearly up to let him back out. When he is ready how should I introduce him back to the cold?

Yes we have a den they go in at night also the last few days they have been sitting on the snow. I have 25 ducks two geese

or maybe get a bale of straw to put on the pond where they sleep?

Yes only one and we did put shavings n hay around pond since this occurred. tThe do go into den at dusk n are able to go in and out threw day

Should I just put him back with flock or slowly reintroduce him to the cold
