Duck with hole/spot in foot

My just 1 year, 3 months old Peking duck has some sort of a sore or hole in her foot. It’s been here for about 3 or so weeks and it seems to be getting a bit larger. Does anyone know what this is, or how to fix it?

Does it feel like there is something in it? maybe she stepped on something that punctured it and there could be some infection in there? Soak in warm Epsom salt water. If it feels like there is an infection then just keep soaking until the scab is soft enough to gently pull off might be able to gently mash and get the infection out then you'll have to use an antibiotic ointment like triple antibiotic and wrap until healed.

It doesn’t seem like there’s anything in it, but I thought epsom salt too. I did the first soak today with a bit of chlorhexadine in it and it seems more soft now

Update: the scabs fell off but instead of pus there’s a hole in her foot. The hole looks nice and healed instead of open wound, so should I just leave it be?

I'd let it be. It was possibly a surface injury.
