Duck With Injured Leg

Last night one of my horses accidentally stepped on my female duck that was free ranging. Now her leg is just limp, is this dislocated or what? What can I do for her?

Anyone have any idea what I can do for her?

You can try to splint it. I can't tell where the break is, but if you can splint and wrap with a waterproof tape it may work. Problem is trying to keep ducks from getting wet. We had tape on our duck and it just kept falling off, or they picked at it till it came off. Someone else maybe able to have a better suggestion. Good luck.

Thanks! The break seems to be where the leg joins to the body. She has no control of the leg.

Her leg is not doing any better, any hope that she will be able to use it again?
