Can you hear gurgling when she breathes? Have you looked in her mouth for anything out of the ordinary? I am going to tag @Wyorp Rock I have chickens but I think someone more knowledgeable should take a look. When I see open-mouth breathing I think respiratory.

No gurgling, no bubbles, no bad breathe. Crop empties fully in the night. I looked down her throat and it all seemed fine, but I don't really know what I'm looking for.

I was reading and I think she has Marek's and may be dealing with tumors in her respiratory way. I know the flock has Mareks. They are not even a year old, and very early on (10 weeks old?) one had issues. We culled and sent to state lab who confirmed. I had hoped we got him out early enough but I think I was naive.
